Once we have
documented our Customer Agreement, which will provide a statement
of our obligations and terms of trading and a description of your
requirements, we will be ready to commence work together.
If we have
not provided you with the level of service outlined in the Customer
Agreement, we would like to re-evaluate our understanding of your
requirements with the opportunity of working towards bridging the
"value gap".
If this value
gap which has been perceived cannot be rectified, then we will respectfully
refund your installment or payment for our services.
Our refund policy
will only apply within 5 working days of payment of our services,
after which we will have deemed that you are satisfied with our
services.
